Conectart, which presently operates call centres in eight towns across the country, employing over a thousand operators, will become part of the portfolio of Genesis Private Equity Fund III. Established in 2016 through targeted development by the KKCG group, Conectart in recent months announced its entry to markets abroad.
The transaction is expected to be concluded in the summer, subject to approval by the Office for the Protection of Competition.
