Karatzas & Partners advised the Lead Underwriters, National Bank of Greece and Piraeus Bank, in the successful public offer and listing of the common bond loan issued by NOVAL Property, the 2nd largest REIC in Greece.
The issuance amounts at €120 million in total and was oversubscribed by 2.8 times.
