("YuDi Science and Technology Group" or the "Company") in passing the compliance management system certification audit conducted by the authoritative certification body China Standard Conformity Assessment Co., Ltd. The Company obtained dual certification certificates for international and domestic standards ISO 37301:2021 and GB/T 35770-2022.
Approved by the Henan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, Henan YuDi Science and Technology Group was formed by 36 public institutions and enterprises directly administered by the former Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development of Henan Province, the Non-Ferrous Metals Geological Mineral Resources Bureau of Henan Province and the Coalfield Geology Bureau of Henan Province. provincial government, possessing 160 Class A or Grade 1 qualifications in geological disaster engineering investigation, design, construction, supervision, and geological disaster risk assessment. They also have qualifications in surveying, inspection and testing, geotechnical engineering investigation, hydrogeological investigation, water well drilling, and environmental ecological restoration design and construction. Other qualifications they have are in construction engineering, municipal public engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering general contracting, foundation engineering, tunnel engineering contracting, and foundation engineering testing. HVAC refrigeration equipment installation engineering contracting, provincial-level non-coal mine safety training and special work training, water resource argumentation, blasting, safety evaluation, land planning, and water and soil pollution control are other qualifications of the Company.
JunHe acted as the compliance counsel to YuDi Science and Technology Group, leading and coordinating the identification and analysis of the company's compliance obligations and compliance risks. We analyzed and improved their compliance management-related systems, drafted compliance certification plans, and conducted compliance trainings. JunHe assisted YuDi Science and Technology Group to establish a compliance management system that meets ISO 37301/GB/T 35770-2022 standards. JunHe also helped identify risks and improve risk control measures in areas such as corporate governance, contract management, domestic and overseas investment and financing, and safe production, and we provided compliance guidance throughout the certification process. We also assisted YuDi Science and Technology Group to conduct internal audits and management reviews before the standard implementation, successfully helping the Company obtain the ISO 37301/GB/T 35770-2022 certification certificates.
This project had a tight schedule and many tasks, and the certification scope involved multiple fields. These challenges meant that the JunHe team had to coordinate and respond quickly, and have expert collaboration abilities. By leveraging the firm’s corporate structure and integrated management systems, the JunHe team was composed of experienced partners and associates in the Beijing and Shenzhen offices.
