Paris, September 20, 2021, Jeantet acted on the sale of emagine Group by its founders and managers and by the investment fund MBO&CO to ProData Consult A/S, supported by the Danish investment fund Axcel.
The emagine group has been involved in IT, digital and cyber security projects in more than 24 countries, with offices in France, Germany, India, Ireland and the UK. This transaction will allow ProData Group, already a leading IT and business consultancy in Northern Europe, to own emagine Group and its subsidiaries and to expand into the French, German and UK markets.
The transaction is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals in France and Germany and is expected to close by the end of the year.
Jeantet advised Axcel alongside the Danish law firm Plesner.
