Paris, March 11, 2021 – Jeantet advised Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity investment firm focused on the software and technology-enabled services sectors, in connection with the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding relating to the potential acquisition by Thoma Bravo of 100% of the share capital of Talend, a French company listed on the Nasdaq market, specialised in data integration and data integrity.
The acquisition would be completed through a tender offer to acquire all the outstanding ordinary shares and American Depositary Shares (ADS) of Talend for $66 per ordinary share and per ADS.
The transaction values Talend at approximately $2.4 billion.
