Paris, June 2, 2022 – Jeantet advised TSC Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialized medical equipment and devices, in connection with the sale of its distribution business in France and Benelux to Duomed Group, a pan-European distributor of medical supplies.
The TSC Group, which also includes the Medtech OEM business (via TSC PTM and TSC Endovision) and the Digital Health business (via TSC Connected Care and Hemologic), is separating from the MedTech distribution services (TSC France and TSC Benelux), in order to allow the remaining businesses to unleash their full growth potential through additional investments. The transaction is also part of the ongoing consolidation of MedTech distribution services in the European market.
The TSC Group was advised by an international team of three law firms, including Houthoff (Dutch law issues), Jeantet and Liedekerke (Belgian law issues), as well as by KPMG on financial and tax issues, and the investment bank William Blair.
