Paris, October 11, 2019 - Jeantet advised the investment fund Silverfleet Capital in the acquisition of BOA Purified Solutions and BOA Flexible Solutions from the German group BOA.
These two companies employ 210 employees on their two production sites. They design and manufacture metal hoses used in critical industrial applications, with two complementary skills:
- BOA Flexible Solutions, based in Château-Thierry (Aisne), specialized in the manufacture of metal hoses resistant to the most demanding industrial environments in terms of vibration, pressure and temperature, and used mainly for gas turbines in the aeronautics and space sectors;
- BOA Purified Solutions, based in Tilburg (Netherlands), specializes in high-purity applications required in the semiconductor and healthcare industries.
Financing for the operation was provided by Muzinich & Co and Rabobank.
Silverfleet is a major European private equity firm specialising in mid-market LBO transactions.
