Paris, September 13, 2021 – Jeantet has advised Rameder Group, the European largest supplier of towbars and transport systems, on its acquisition of Scopia, number 2 in France.
Scopia is specialized in the sale of towbars and electrical kits, bike carriers, roof boxes, etc. This acquisition enhances Rameder’s position on the French market, after the acquisition of the French market leader in 2016, France Attelage, by Rameder Group, already advised by Jeantet on this material transaction.
