Paris, le 22 décembre 2022 – Jeantet advised the Port Designs Group, a company specialized in IT mobility, owned by the investment company Dzeta Conseil, in connection with its acquisition of a majority interest in Naotic.
Port Designs, under the control of Dzeta Conseil for the past year, specializes in the distribution of luggage for the transportation of computers and tablets and computer accessories. It is celebrating this anniversary by entering into a first build-up through the acquisition of 100% of Naotic’s shares.
