With this acquisition and after acquiring market leaders in Germany, Italy, Iceland and the Netherlands, HousingAnywhere consolidates its leading position in Europe by size and impact in the most technologically advanced rental accommodation platform market.
This 5th acquisition in 2 years demonstrates HousingAnywhere’s commitment to creating a more transparent and sustainable rental ecosystem across Europe.
Studapart, while continuing to focus on the French market, will collaborate with HousingAnywhere to introduce their innovative product portfolio on a European scale, including their white-label platform for universities and a rent guarantee.
By joining the group, Studapart will accelerate its pathway to continued growth with its founders and entire team committed to the combined business.
The group expects to welcome 30 million unique visitors to its websites, who can choose amongst 200,000 properties available for rent.
