Paris, September 1st, 2021 – Jeantet advised Eurenco, a specialist in explosives, propellants, and military fuels, on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Manuco, a specialist in the manufacture of high-performance energetic nitrocellulose, and the signature by Manuco of a 5-year supply contract with Maxam group, former shareholder.

Eurenco, operating in several European countries, is the European leader in the field of powders and explosives and the world leader in fuel additives; as such, it is a key player in the defense sector serving the sovereignty of France and Europe. For its part, Manuco develops, manufactures and supplies energetic nitrocellulose for defense and civilian industries.

In the course of this transaction, Jeantet has particular made available to Eurenco the firm’s expertise in the field of defense and security, Jeantet having set up a cross-disciplinary team in those matters, of which Vincent Netter, the partner in charge of this transaction, is one of the members.
