Paris, January 11, 2022 – Jeantet advised the investment company Dzeta in connection with its acquisitions of majority interests in Technigrès and PORT Designs. Through these two deals, Dzeta confirms its investment diversification policy.
Dzeta, which was established in 2009, assists companies in their development strategy and in improving their operational and financial performance through investments in many sectors such as business services, B2B or B2C distribution, industry, TMT, ready-to-wear, etc.
Founded in 2014 by Xavier Hanotte, Technigrès employs around 50 people and is specialized in the cutting and processing of ceramic products on behalf of the main French building materials distributors.
PORT EUROPE is one of the European market leaders in the design of luggage and accessories for technological products, with the distribution of its PORT Designs and PORT Connects brands in more than 60 countries.
