Paris, 26 November 2020 – Jeantet adivses the Bey Medias group, owner of the press titles l’Opinion and l’Agefi in its fund raising of two million euros.
Bey Medias, through its president and founder Nicolas Beytout, wishes to attract new investors in order to pursue its development.
Hoped for December 31, in order to allow the application of the french « IR-PME » package and open to approximately fifty investors (for a minimum subscription amount of €10,000) through the dedicated holding company “Les amis de l’Opinion”, this fourth round of financing since 2015 should notably support future investments in the digital field and the launch of new publications.
Bey Medias, whose general management is ensured since 2018 by Thierry Massé, currently has 140 employees including 90 journalists.
Jeantet Team is led by Jacques-Henry de Bourmont, (Partner, Tax) and includes also Marine Cayzac and Nicolas Rios (Associates, Tax).
