Paris, February 4, 2022 – Jeantet acted as counsel to a group of banks consisting of Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie, HSBC, Crédit du Nord and Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France in connection with the financing of the primary MBO of the design agency Dragon Rouge.
After completion of this MBO, carried out with the support of the investment fund Ciclad, Renaud Deschamps, CEO since 2017, and some members of the management team now hold more than half of Dragon Rouge’s capital, following the implementation of €8 million in bank debt.
Created in 1984 and with a turnover of €27 million in 2021, the Dragon Rouge group stands out from many of its French competitors because of its very international scope. With offices in London, Warsaw, New York, Hamburg, Shanghai, Singapore and Sao Paulo, in addition to its Paris headquarters, the company generated nearly two-thirds of its sales outside France.
