Paris, 22 October 2020 – Jeantet advised the global semiconductor leader STMicroelectronics in the acquisition of the business and assets of SOMOS Semiconductor (Somos). Somos is a fabless semiconductor company specialized in silicon-based power amplifiers and in RF Front-End Module products for the cellular IoT and 5G markets.
Jeantet‘s team advising STMicroelectronics was led by Anne Toupenay-Schueller (Partner), Ali Baydoun (Counsel) and Pak-hang Li (Associate) on M&A matters, Frédéric Sardain (Partner), Marie Monteil and Sophie Boinnot (Associates) on IP matters, and Laetitia Ternisien (Counsel) on labor matters.
