Paris, February 11, 2022 – Jeantet advised RHEA Group for the setting-up of a joint-venture, RHEA Cybersécurité France SAS, with Holding Amarante, the main shareholder of Amarante International.
RHEA Cybersécurité France SAS gives both groups the opportunity to offer a unique physical and cybersecurity solution and a portfolio of services that can be tailored to all types of sectors and markets. The first objective of RHEA Cybersécurité France SAS is to meet the needs of the French market, and secondly to export the French offer to the international market.
RHEA Group is a European leader in cybersecurity created in Belgium in 1992. For 30 years, RHEA Group has been providing engineering solutions, design and development services for complex systems and customized security services to support critical infrastructures, particularly in the space sector.
Jeantet’s representation of RHEA Group in this case also reflects the firm’s expertise in the field of defense and security, as Jeantet has set up a cross-functional team for this purpose, with Vincent Netter, the partner in charge of the case, being one of its members.
