Paris, 9th November 2020 – Jeantet advised Invesco Real Estate on behalf of the German pension funds Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) and Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung (NAEV) in the structuring of the joint venture between NAEV and BVK and for the acquisition of two adjacent buildings located at 6 and 12 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, Paris.
The 5,400 square meter property complex includes the two flagship stores of the luxury brands Prada and Loro Piana in Paris, as well as office and residential space. It is a very high-end asset, benefiting from a prime location in one of the most prestigious streets in Paris, and surrounded by luxury stores and hotels.
Invesco Real Estate acted in dedicated mandates with the two German pension funds. The transaction was financed by Helaba Bank (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen).
Jeantet acted for Invesco Real Estate on the structuring and legal and tax advice to the buyers BVK and NAEV until the closing.
