JEANTET ADVISED BANCO SANTANDER, S.A.

Paris, June 6, 2020 – Jeantet advised Banco Santander S.A. with the setup of an up to  €200,000,000 bridge facility agreement and an ancillary overdraft facility agreement to the benefit of a compartment 1 of securitization fund Axa IM InMOTION RCF FUND managed by Axa Investment Managers Paris, the units of which will be subscribed by Luxembourg securitization company AXA IM InMOTION RCF S.A.R.L. The facilities are intended to finance the purchase price of the receivables acquired by the compartment until collection of the units subscription price.
