Paris, 7th April 2021 – Jeantet advised Alstom, a major global player in the railway industry, on its acquisition from Areva Energies Renouvelables of Areva Stockage d’Energie (brand Helion Hydrogen Power), specialising in high-powered fuel cells and hydrogen technology.
