(June 1, 2017) – Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel today announced Tampa Attorney Jason Lambert was recently published in the Florida Bar Journal. In the June issue of the Journal, Lambert co-authored an article with Attorney D. Michael Arendall titled, “You Spent How Much? Who Really Cares? Discovery and Evidentiary Value of an Opponent’s Billing Records.”
The featured cover story in the June issue, the article addresses how relevant an opponent’s billable time is through the lens of a recent Florida Supreme Court decision and decades of case law.
An associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Lambert is an experienced civil trial attorney who focuses his practice on representing businesses in commercial and complex litigation, with an emphasis on the construction and real estate industries. He also advises contractors and subcontractors on business and contracting related issues.
He was recently named president of the Clearwater Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD).
