Jara Del Favero Abogados advised Toesca S.A. Administradora General de Fondos in the creation and placement of an investment fund which invests in the credit agreement aimed for the financing of Latam, in the context of the reorganization process of the company carried out in the United States under Chapter 11.
At the closing of the operation, the fund received a demand for more than double of its offer (about $310 million, its offer being for $152 million).
