Jara Del Favero Abogados advised Forum Servicios Financieros
The lawyers of Jara Del Favero, Álvaro Caviedes (partner), Christian Schiessler (director) and Cristian Jimenez (associate) advised Forum Servicios Financieros S.A. in regard to the placement of a new issue of bonds.
This placement consistent of 3,000 Serie BQ bonds, issue under the line No. 969 (the "Line") registered in the Securities Registry maintained by the Financial Market Commission (the "Commission"), was offered for a total amount of UF 1,500,000 (approximately US 55.1 million).
The stockbroker advising Forum in the placement was Scotia Corredora de Bolsa Chile Limitada, and José Ignacio Peña, head of the legal department of Forum Servicios Financieros S.A. also participated as in-house counsel.
The transaction was closed on October 5, 2020.
