Bernitsas Law acted as Greek law counsel to Eurobank SA in connection
with its issuance and offering to institutional investors of €500m
Fixed Rate Reset Senior Preferred Instruments due 2027 and the listing
thereof on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The
transaction was signed on 29 April 2021 and is scheduled to settle on 5
May 2021.
