With over 30 years of experience in the business environment, including more than 25 years in tax advisory, Ionuț Simion brings solid expertise accumulated throughout a career in which he led teams and complex projects, both locally as Country Managing Partner and across Central and Eastern Europe as regional leader and Partner specializing in Transfer Pricing.
His professional background also includes roles as Chief Financial Officer and board member, which have provided him with a direct perspective on leadership decisions and responsibilities. This experience, shaped by both consulting and executive roles, allows him to integrate tax and legal considerations into companies' strategic objectives.
His expertise is further enhanced by his active involvement in the dialogue between the business community and tax authorities, including through participating in debates and legislative initiatives impacting companies.
