Avance advises investors represented by Cobbleyard Real Estate and Revcap in the sale of Leipätehdas, a major office building in Sörnäinen, Helsinki. The property was acquired by NREP.
The architecturally and historically significant red-brick building, originating from 1923 and expanded in 1955, consists of nearly 13,500 square metres of leasable space on seven floors and three intermediate floors. Leipätehdas accommodates several companies in the field of technology and culture among others.
