The firm advised Inversiones Centenario in the structuring, negotiation and execution of an Usufruct Agreement, by which, an approximate 8,200 m2 of office space and 125 parking lots, distributed in 8 floors of the Edificio Real Dos of the Real Business Center (with a total of 14 floors); were granted as a usufruct for a period of 15 years. This operation is particularly significant for various reasons: (i) the great extension of the offices granted in usufruct; (ii) the exclusive location of said offices, as they are located in the Centro Empresarial Real, the most important business center in Lima and Peru; and (iii) the usufructee (WeWork) will use the office space for co-working activities, a new modality in the Peruvian market.
