Avance advises Intera Fund III in the sale of Rantalainen Group to Nordic private equity firm Norvestor. Rantalainen is Finland’s largest financial administration services provider with revenues of more than EUR 100 million in 2022 and employs 1,200 professionals in Finland and Sweden. Rantalainen’s services comprise outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services, payroll administration and HR services as well as expert services. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
