INTEGRITES helped the client, a well-established Ukrainian fish farming company, to prevail completely in the case considered by the Supreme Court and protected the client's property.

Over the past five years, the opponents have attempted to unlawfully seize the client's property through a series of unfounded court and criminal proceedings.

After considering the commercial case, the court of first instance and the court of appeal sided with the opponent over the client and cancelled the client's right to its property. The courts based their decisions on illegal and irrational grounds.

The INTEGRITES team appealed these decisions by filing a substantive cassation claim and represented the client before the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has ultimately overturned the previous court decisions. The client's property rights were thus restored.

Led by partner and head of Domestic Litigation Oleksandr Onishchenko, the project team included associate Mykola Yerema and senior associate Serhii Datsiv.
