INTEGRITES is pleased to announce the expansion of its partner board and new counsel hires. Anna Pogrebna joins the firm as Partner of the Real Estate & Construction and Infrastructure practices. Nataliya Kovalova joins INTEGRITES as Counsel in the Antitrust and Competition practice and Mykola Nychyporuk – as Counsel and head of White-Collar Crime practice. 

 

Anna Pogrebna | Partner, Real Estate | Construction | Infrastructure

Anna Pogrebna becomes the 14th partner in the Kyiv office of INTEGRITES effective April 2024. She brings to the firm more than 25 years of practicing law, 20 of which – in international and local law firms, advising multinational and domestic clients on large transactions and deals with financing, M&A and tax aspects involved. Her professional track record includes in-house counsel experience in a large foreign agricultural company. 

Anna possesses an outstanding capacity as an advisor in complex construction and infrastructure projects. Throughout her career, she’s had a special focus on and consolidated vast experience in consulting clients from the German-speaking countries.  

Anna Pogrebna’s expertise in Real Estate and Construction has been acknowledged by The Legal500 since 2017.  

Anna is a graduate of the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University with master’s degree in foreign languages and a degree in law. 


Nataliya Kovalova | Counsel, Antitrust and Competition

Nataliya Kovalova boosts the firm’s offering in Antitrust and Competition by bringing more than 14 years of experience in large international and local law firms, as well as government sector. She advises multinational and Ukrainian companies on Ukrainian merger control and concerted practices requirements, abuse of dominance, distribution agreements and unfair competition issues. 

Prior to joining INTEGRITES in March 2024, Nataliya has been consistently recognised as a Rising Star in Competition by The Legal500 and recommended amongst leading practitioners in Competition/Antitrust by The Best Lawyers in 2020-2023. 

Nataliya Kovalova holds two master’s degrees, in International Private Law and English and Dutch from the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. 

 

Mykola Nychyporuk | Counsel, Head of White-Collar Crime

Mykola Nychyporuk rejoined INTEGRITES in March 2024 after his departure in 2019. Prior to this appointment, Mykola has gained extensive experience in other large domestic law firms and corporations.   

With 10 years of experience in law, Mykola Nychyporuk will guide individual and corporate clients through criminal proceedings and internal investigations. He will advise on all matters of the commercial criminal law and represent clients in courts and law enforcement bodies.  

In 2020-2022, Mykola Nychyporuk served as Deputy Chairman of the Business Protection Committee with the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs to further assume a co-chair position in the Business Protection Centre of the Union. He was involved in the development and advocacy of the related policies, building up a dialogue between the business community of Ukraine and the state bodies in order to help with managing security risks and duly protect the private and intellectual property of the member companies. 

Mykola Nychyporuk holds a master’s degree from Odesa Law Academy. He is an active member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and International Association of Young Lawyers.
