INTEGRITES advised JSB “UKRGASBANK”, a financial partner to the European Investment Bank, on certain aspects of EUR 50 mln financing for the Ukrainian Innovation Campus Project. The project includes design, renovation and construction of new campuses in UNIT.City*, a part of the holding company UFuture.
It is reported that construction of new campuses for UNIT.City with a total area of 70,000 m2, will generate 549 full-time and 2 400 temporary jobs and indirectly support 15 000 jobs in resident companies. The project aimed at boosting development of innovation and business ecosystem in the country is scheduled to be completed by 2023.
INTEGRITES team working on the project included Partner of Banking and Finance practice Igor Krasovskiy, Senior Associates Olena Savchuk and Yuriy Korchev, Associate Yuliya Tsekhmestruk.
*UNIT.City — is the first innovative park in Ukraine founded in 2017 in Kyiv. As of 2020 200+ companies are the park’s residents. Among them are 4 laboratories, 3 business-campuses and coworking spaces, 8 accelerators and 3 investment funds supporting development of Ukrainian start-ups.
