Ingjerd graduated law at UiO in 2007 and also holds a Master of Law from University College London. Ingjerd worked for the law firm Bull & Co before joining Wiersholm in 2010. Ingjerd works mainly with mergers and acquisitions and with questions related to corporate law and contract law. She is an experienced team leader and has broad experience in coordinating transactions.
