Siddharth is a qualified lawyer with over 14 years of experience in M&A, PE, VC, disputes and corporate advisory. He has worked across industries and sectors including education, telecom, pharmaceuticals, insurance.
Prior to his second stint at IndusLaw, he was the General Counsel of Unacademy Group. Siddharth has been recognised as a leading lawyer in RSG Report, 2015 and Legally India Rankings, 2019. He has also received several accolades for his role as a General Counsel, including being part of Legal500 GC Powerlist, 2022 and 2023.
