INTEGRITES Senior Partner Illya Tkachuk has been elected to the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) for 2025–2027, running as a candidate from the regional branches. This appointment reflects the recognition of his long-standing contribution to the development of the legal community in Ukraine.
For over eight years, Illya has been actively involved in the work of UBA’s Corporate Law and Stock Market Committee, and since 2024, he has held the position of Deputy Chair. In this role, he contributes to the development of legislative initiatives aimed at improving corporate governance norms in Ukraine, protecting investors’ rights, and creating a competitive business environment.
Illya Tkachuk is a lawyer with 18 years of experience and distinct specialization in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. At INTEGRITES he leads the respective practice group, as well as the firm’s French Desk – a department serving clients from francophone countries. In autumn 2022, the firm announced Illya’s promotion to Senior Partner.
