Shearman & Sterling advised I Squared Capital in connection with the acquisition and combination of Mateen Cloud Ventures and Infofabrica Holdings, two Singapore-based Cloud migration services companies, via its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund II. The cloud platform will have a pool of over 300 professionals. The acquisitions take I Squared Capital’s investments to the digital infrastructure sector to over $2.6 billion.
