NEW YORK (June 6, 2023) – David Hryck, an internationally renowned tax, business and private wealth attorney in New York, has joined Holland & Knight as a partner. Mr. Hryck represents celebrities, entertainers, designers, global companies and international families with cross-border investments and various licensing structures, while focusing on tax and business transactions. He was previously a partner with Duane Morris.

Mr. Hryck serves on the board of directors of the Amy Winehouse Foundation and as a trustee for various clients' trusts. In addition to multiple significant board memberships, Mr. Hryck is a World Fellow of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award for Excellence Fund. He was also awarded the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor last year.

Mr. Hryck received a J.D. degree from the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. degree from the University of Scranton. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French and has a working knowledge of Mandarin.
