Advised RiverRock, a leading European alternative investment firm, regarding its acquisition of French Exterimmo, which holds 12 assets structured as Public-Private Partnership or Public Service Delegation in France, through RiverRock Brownfield Infrastructure I (“RBIF1”).
The portfolio includes the Paris Zoo, energy performance and renovation contracts in schools and university buildings and aquatic centres.
After having assisted RBIF1 on its first two investments, both in Spain (a portfolio of police stations in Catalonia, and a stake in the regional hospital of Vigo), our Luxembourg team has managed to expand its relationship with this client by advising RBIF1 on its first investment in France.
