We are delighted to share the news that the Presidium of the Supreme Bar Association of Advocates has awarded Hanna Gajewska-Kraczkowska, Counsel in the Dispute Resolution Practice, the Advocate’s Badge of Merit.
Hanna Gajewska-Kraczkowska specialises in cases involving white-collar crimes, criminal liability of business entities and tax crimes. She advises on the protection of personal rights and press law. She is an expert on criminal procedural law at the Polish Sejm (lower house of parliament) Bureau of Research. She also cooperates with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights in the Observers of Media Freedom and Innocence Clinic programmes and is involved in pro bono work for the protection of civil rights and freedoms.
The Advocate's Badge of Merit is awarded for exceptional work as an advocate, long-standing involvement in the Bar Association, and outstanding academic and authorial achievements in the field of law design and application. Honours are also awarded to advocates for outstanding public service in the area of civil rights and freedoms and for activity in pursuit of the objectives set out in the Bar Association's motto.
