Hamlins are delighted to announce the appointment of Amanda Burge as Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution from 1 May 2017.

Amanda, who has over twenty years of commercial litigation
experience, joined Hamlins as a partner in 2014, having previously been
at Enyo Law. Amanda advises on a wide range of significant commercial
disputes for companies, partnerships and high net worth individuals. She
 has particular expertise in matters involving professional negligence,
construction and engineering, insurance, real estate, financial and
software licensing issues.

Amanda has a reputation for getting excellent results for clients
involved in highly complex disputes. Clients have complimented Amanda
on her sophisticated strategic vision and her legal and intellectual
prowess, strongly bolstered by her pragmatic and commercial approach.

In her new role, Amanda will continue to provide skilled advice and
exceptional service to her clients, as well as developing Hamlins’
dispute resolution offering.
