On August 12, 2026, Grupo Emefin and Grupo Saint-Gobain successfully closed the transaction under which Grupo Emefin transferred all of the shares of QSI Aditivos y Especialidades Internacional S.A.C. and, indirectly, all of the shares of QSI Productos para la Construcción S.A.C., pursuant to the terms of the share purchase agreement signed between the two groups.
Grupo Emefin has more than 80 years of experience in investing and managing various companies in the real estate, manufacturing, retail, industrial, agro-industrial, and pharmaceutical sectors, with a presence in Peru, other Latin American countries and Europe.
Grupo Saint-Gobain is a French corporation with global reach, specializing in the design, production, and distribution of materials and solutions for the construction industry. With this acquisition, Grupo Saint-Gobain strengthens its presence in the Peruvian market.
