The Paris team will focus on corporate M&A, private equity, litigation, labour and criminal labour law, insurance law, IP/IT, construction law and tax. Sarra Jougla, Clarisse Surin, Jérôme Giannesini and Louise Tiry-Hesse will be part of such team, as pointed out by Francesco and Lisa Alice Julien, Partner of Grimaldi Alliance, who will be in charge of the cross-border activities between Italy and France and who will ensure the best coordination of the Paris office with the Grimaldi Alliance's areas of expertise (such as litigation, M&A and corporate, labour, EU law and competition, real estate, AI and cybersecurity, public law, energy, transport and infrastructure, among many others) and the different Italian offices (Milan, Rome, Treviso, Padua, Verona, Parma, Bari, Turin, Naples).
