Joaquín is a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, holds a Master's in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences with a focus on Corporate Criminal Law and Compliance from the Universitat de Barcelona & Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and has a Diploma in Current Issues in Substantive Criminal Law. In his professional career, he previously worked as an associate attorney in Guerrero Olivos' litigation and arbitration department and later as an associate at two law firms specializing in litigation and criminal advisory.
