GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ advises the OTTO FUCHS Group, a leading international company in the non-ferrous metals industry and manufacturer of the world-renowned Fuchsfelge®, on the sale of its interest in OTTO FUCHS Dülken GmbH & Co. KG.

As part of the transaction, OTTO FUCHS Beteiligungen KG sold its limited partnership interest in OTTO FUCHS Dülken GmbH & Co. KG to Fidelium Partners, a Munich-based private equity firm. The transaction was signed in April 2026 and successfully closed on 30 June 2026.

OTTO FUCHS Dülken GmbH & Co. KG is one of the long-established manufacturers of semi-finished products and components made of copper and brass alloys. The company has more than 80 years of experience in processing copper and brass materials. It primarily produces extruded and forged products as well as precision components for customers in the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, electrical engineering, as well as the plumbing and construction industries. It will operate under the name NMW Niederrheinische Metallwerke in the future.

The OTTO FUCHS Group is one of the leading international companies in the non-ferrous metals industry. With its high-quality products made of aluminum, magnesium, copper, titanium and nickel alloys, it supplies customers in demanding industrial sectors, particularly the aerospace and automotive industries, as well as other forward-looking industrial sectors.
