DENVER (June 17, 2022) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce that partner Heidi Gassman shared her experience with trustees and estate planning at the June 16 Estate Planning Retreat in Beaver Creek, Colorado.
During her presentation, Current Landscape for Trustees, Gassman explained how trusts have undergone a dramatic change in the past decade and how the landscape continues to evolve. Gassman and wealth advisor Paul Chmielewski of The Corundum Group provided key insights into what trustees do, the different standards applicable to individual trustees and corporate trustees, liability concerns, and trustee insurance policy provisions.
Gassman advises clients on a variety of estate planning matters, including estate and trust administration and pre-and post-marital agreements. She is currently the firm’s co-chair of the business section.
