Avance advises Frendy Oy in the acquisition of Triuvare Oy, a Finnish IT service provider with about 50 employees. Since June of last year, 16 IT companies have already joined Frendy. With continued growth, Frendy is able to offer its customers an even more comprehensive service and modern IT solutions throughout Finland. With the deal, Frendy’s combined turnover will rise to approximately EUR 65 million, and the company will employ approximately 350 IT experts.
