The Women of Professional Excellence will be recognized at the highly anticipated Women of Achievement Awards Luncheon on Monday, May 8, 2017 at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel, joining the ranks of more than 1,000 women who have received this honor since 1999.

Colleen is an experienced litigator and trusted advisor to companies of all sizes, from closely held, family businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She counsels clients on anticipating and avoiding liabilities and managing their business risks in the areas of commercial contract, construction, product liability, business torts, class actions, and beer and alcohol regulations and operations. She has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting business contracts and non-competes, developing strategies to resolve disputes prior to litigation, and executing forward thinking strategies to prevail at trial and minimize losses.
 
Colleen devotes her time and talents both to her clients and the community. Among several other organizations, Colleen currently serves as President Elect of Lifebanc, is Past President of Youth Challenge, Chair of the ALFA International Product Liability and Complex Tort Section Webinar Programs, and is an allied member and legal advisor to the Ohio Craft Brewers Association. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and has a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
