The founding partner of Felsberg Advogados, Thomas Benes Felsberg, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award during the Chambers Brazil Awards 2022 dinner, held at the Unique Hotel in São Paulo on 31 March 2022.
Felsberg was honored for his career-long contribution to the profession. According to the organizers of the event, "Knowing the history and examining Chambers' research material, it is clear that this honor is more than deserved". The organizers went on to point out that his recognition in the market and effective contribution to the development of the bankruptcy practice in Brazil are noted by many important Chambers sources and that international focus is also a remarkable factor in Thomas Felsberg's career.
The Chambers Brazil Awards took place this year for the first time. The event recognized law firms’ achievements over the past 12 months, including strategic growth and customer service excellence, honoring the work of the best national and international law firms in Brazil based on the recent edition of the Chambers Brazil Guide.
