We advised Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A. in the registration with the Peruvian Capital Markets Superintendency of its Corporate Bonds Issuance for an amount up to S/ 2,000'000,000 and the issuance of an aggregate principal amount of S/ 1,500'000,000. This notes were issued in a global offering consisting of (1) a public offering directed to institutional investors in Peru of S/572'400,000 aggregate principal amount of Notes only in the form of Notes, and (2) a concurrent international private offering outside of Peru of S/927'600,000 aggregate principal amount of Notes in the form of Global Depositary Notes under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. This is the first time a private corporate entity issues Notes in the form of Global Depositary Notes in Peru.
