Flor Bustamante Pizarro & Hurtado has reached an agreement with Gilberto Gutiérrez and Alfonso Becerra, main partners of Antitrust Consultores & Abogados, a leading boutique in the field of competition and antitrust law in Ecuador.
As a result of this combination, Gilberto joins the firm to lead the Antitrust Department of Flor Bustamante Pizarro & Hurtado. His experience and successful track record will allow us to become one of the leading Ecuadorian firms in antitrust law and in regulated sectors such as agribusiness, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and health, retail, forestry and automotive, among others.
Alfonso, for his part, will contribute to strengthening the litigation area of the firm, contributing his specialized knowledge and his highly recognized practice in the field.
