Thomson Geer has advised pest controller Flick Anticimex on two more acquisitions – Coalfields Pest Control and Champion Pest Control.
TG's legal tasks included legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and settlement of all the transaction documents and attending to completion of the transactions. The acquisitions strengthen Flick's presence in the central Queensland region and in North Perth.
