Thomson Geer has acted for Australian pest control business, Flick Anticimex in its acquisition of South Sydney-based pest control business, The Pest Control Company.
Thomson Geer's legal tasks included legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and settlement of all the transaction documents and attending to completion of the transaction.
This acquisition strengthens Flick's local operations in South Sydney, across the commercial service sector.
The Thomson Geer team was led by Partner Jason Marcus who was supported by Associate David Thomas and Lawyer Rebecca Nesbitt.
